1. Qualifications
- Must be a Korean that can speak the English Language
- Has knowledge in using different communication tools
- Willing to work in Makati City, Philippines

2. Job Description
- Handling and replying to Korean customer inquiries through email, phone, and a-live clients.
- Maintaining customer relations.
- Researching into customer’s queries/concerns into the systems.
- Data entries of event results in the systems.
- And all other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department.
