-Can speak English language

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Process the client’s concerns related to Airline accurately
-Provide accurate information to the customers about arrival and departure time
-Handle concerns and feedback from the clients
-Working on the phone and in person to provide information about travel plans for customers
-Work with company’s computer system to accomplish their tasks
