Position: Korean Customer Support Manager
Industry: Online Gaming Company
Salary: P 180,000- P 200,000 gross
Schedule: 5 days working, 2 days off, shifting schedule – candidate needs to be flexible
Location: Makati City
Benefits:
• Processing of working visa
• Healthcare benefits
Requirements:
• Native Korean with good communication skills in English
• Preferably with 2 years managerial experience in customer service BPO industry
• With customer background is a highly required
• Preferably female candidates
• Has Leadership skills
•Preferably 40 years old and below
• Can start working asap
Responsibilities
• Manage and handle the customer service team
• Oversee the team daily activities, monitoring assigned task and targets
• Provide support, coaching, feedback and supervision on the employees
• Developing and implementing work procedures and identify measures to improve the quality of services of the employees
• Compiling reports for team's daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Assisting the senior management
