Work Schedule: Morning Shift and Weekends off (Amenable with Shifting schedule)

Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent customer service to clients in accordance of proper company procedure and applying technical expertise
-Maintain system services and company products updated
-Develop new strategies to improve customer service
-Maintain confidentiality customer’s data and process accordingly their requests
