Job Description:
Name of Company: Nezda Philippines (in partner with Top Tier Entertainment Resort and Casino)
Location: Pasay City
Position: Korean Premier Gaming Host
Work Schedule: Dayshift/Midshift/Nightshift (8hrs/shift)
Salary: Php 55,000 – 80,000 Gross Pay (Incentives, Allowances, and Room Accommodation included)
Other Benefits: Working VISA, Duty Meals, Dental Benefits, Medical and Life Insurance, SL/VL, 13 Month Pay, Round Trip Ticket etc.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree in any field.
• Male, 24-30 years old
• Required language(s): Korean, English
• Must be able to communicate effectively, verbal and written, in both Korean and English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with in a guest service management
• Full-Time positions available
• Has 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service/Hospitality but fresh graduates are very welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and work closely with other departments in organizing and implementing promotions and events for Premier market.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services for planned promotions and events.
• Attract and retain qualified players in Premier Gaming area.
• Monitor complimentary issuances to players.
• Identify qualified players for upgrade and endorse to the Assistant Director or Director for Premier Gaming.
• Process new cards for upgraded members.
• Answer inquiries from players regarding various casino regulations, services, and promotions.
• Inform players of upcoming and ongoing promotions, events, and tournaments and encourage them to participate.
• Assist players in booking complimentary accommodations, registering in promotions and events, and other requests. Coordinate with other departments as necessary.
• Ensure players enjoy the gaming experience by being polite and attentive to their needs and by creating a friendly and fun atmosphere.
• Treat customers with the utmost courtesy, diplomacy, and respect in adherence to the Casino Service Policy.
• Promptly refer customer complaints to Assistant Director for Premier Gaming for resolution.
