최근 pprv 6개월미만 체류시 레드리본?(5)

@ 가랑비 님에게... 지금또보니 한국인은 7. Valid Police Clearance from country of origin or residence, if the applicant has stayed in the Philippines for less than six (6) months; 8. Valid National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance, if the applicant has stayed in the Philippines for six (6) months or more from the date of latest arrival; and 9. BI Clearance Certificate. 이렇게 나와 있는데여. .다만 prv 인지 pprv인지 헷갈리지만여. 즉 6개월 미만은 범죄경력 회보서(증명서는 한국에서 없어졌다고 들었구여. .6개월이상은 nbi clearence) . 외교부 레드리본 받아야 하는지 궁금해서요..

@ 핀솔 님에게...위의 것은 예전의 목록이며 지금은 아래와 같습니다. 1. Joint letter request addressed to the Commissioner from the applicant and the petitioning Filipino spouse; 2. Duly accomplished CGAF (BI Form CGAF-001-Rev 2); 3. Photocopy of passport bio-page and latest admission with valid authorized stay; 4. Birth Certificate or certified true copy of BI-issued Identification Certificate (IC) as Filipino citizen of the petitioning Filipino spouse; 5. Marriage Certificate or Marriage Contract; 6. Valid National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance, if application is filed six (6) months or more from the date of first arrival in the Philippines; 7. BI Clearance Certificate; and 8. Original or certified true copy of Bureau of Quarantine Medical Clearance, if applicant is a national of any of the countries listed under Annex “A” of Immigration Operations Order No. SBM-14-059-A who arrived in the Philippines on or after June 2014.
이중 7번과 8번은 준비할 필요가 없습니다.
