Company Profile: A shared services company in the Philippines which is known to provide extensive customer service to clients in the travel industry

Position: Korean Accounts Payable Associate
Industry: Shared Services
Salary: P 40,000
Location: Shaw Boulevard Mandaluyong City
Work Schedule: Shifting

Benefits:

And after 6 months HMO for the dependent
2 accrued leaves per month with a total of 24 per year
5 unused leaves are carried over the following year
10 unused leaves are convertible to cash
Rice Allowance - Included on the salary
Annual Bonus

Requirements:
Filipino fluent in both oral and written in Korean and English
Willing to work in Shifting schedule
Experience in Shared Service is a plus
Experience in ERP is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Performs day to day processing of accounts payable transactions of the company
Check, verify and input accounting invoice in the company system.
Contribute to Accounts Payable process improvement initiatives as required
Respond to supplier inquiries in a timely manner
Ensure clients information updated and accurate.
Provide required reports and coordinate with the Department head
