아마도 학생면허 말하는것같은데요 혼자는 운전가능하지안고 전문면허있는 사람이 동승시 운전가능한면허일거에요

근데 학생면허는 아이디용정도... 전문운전자격증있는가라는 동승해야하고 얼마간 동승하네 운전했다는것 확인서방과의 6개월인가 기간후에 LTO에서 일반면허로 교환가능한걸로 알고있읍니다. 기간과 확인서는 LTO에서 알아보세요

2016년 LTO규정보니 학생 퍼밋이고 받은후 1개월후에 일반면허로 교환한다 되있네요. 필요서류는 17세를 증명할수있는 출생증명서 원본과 사본 그리고 신청서네요...
제가 알기로는 전문운전면허 소지자와의 동승에 한해서 운전 가능하다 알고있는데 그런말은 안나와있네요. 확인해보세요

Driver’s License for First Time Applicants

The LTO grants three types of driver’s license, namely—student’s permit, nonprofessional, and professional. The student’s permit is the type of license granted to first-time applicants. Student’s permit holders may then upgrade to a nonprofessional license after one month or a professional one after six months.

Student’s Permit Requirements

The LTO recently raised the minimum driving age for minors, from 16 to 17 years old. With that in mind, here are the three requirements that an applicant must meet before he or she can qualify for a student’s permit in the Philippines:

Be at least 17 years old.
Be physically and mentally fit to operate a motor vehicle.
Be able to read and write in Filipino or English.
Must not be a drug user and/or alcoholic.
If you meet these criteria, you may then accomplish the following documents and submit them to the LTO location most convenient to you:

Two copies of your birth certificate (one original, one photocopy)
Taxpayer’s Identification Number (if employed)
Filled out driver’s license application

If you are under 18, you will need to include a parent or guardian’s written consent along with any valid proof of identity. If a parent or guardian is unavailable, you may obtain a written consent from a notary public or lawyer.

Student Driver’s License Application Procedure

Step #1: With your complete student driver’s license requirements, go to your nearest LTO branch or office and proceed to the customer service window. Get your number and wait for it to be called.

Step #2: When they call your number, head to the evaluator counter and hand over all your requirements. The evaluator will check these for completeness and authenticity. Once verified, you will be asked to sit down and wait for your name to be called again.

Step #3: When your name is called, you will be directed to a booth where your photo and signature will be taken.

Step #4: Pay all the fees at the cashier and obtain an official receipt.

Step #5: Present the receipt at the releasing counter and obtain your student driver’s permit.

Keep in mind that LTO requires you to appear neat and presentable when you are inside their premises. Wearing of sando, shorts, and slippers are strictly prohibited, most especially during photo-taking and examinations.

Student Driver’s License Fees and charges

There are three types of fees and charges involved in a student driver’s permit application. These are:

Application Fee – P100.00
Computer Fee – P67.63
Student Permit Fee – P150.00
Adding these up, the total cost of your fees will be P317.63. Be sure to bring exact change to avoid delays at the cashier.

@ 갤로퍼... 만 18세 미만은 학생면허 취득후 6개월이 지난 후 본 면허 시험 볼 자격을 주고 만18세이상은 학생면허 추득 후 한달 이후에 본면허시험을 볼수가 있는걸로 알고있습니다

다시 알아 보시길 바람니다. 시험없이 면허를 나누어 주지는 않죠.. 안그래도 개념없는 트라이시클 때문에 운전하기 힘든데... 하지만 필리핀 면허시험 쉽게 따는거 같습니다. 이친구들 운전하는거 보면 교통법규도 공부안하고 면허 받았는지 트라이는 항상 1차선으로 달리고... 자동차가 피해 다녀야 합니다.ㅎㅎ

네 학생면허 있어요.. 보통 면허 처음 따시는분들도 먼저 발급되는게 학생 면허라고들 하시더라구요.

위험부담이있네요,,, 아마도 혼자 운전하면 안될꺼같습니다,
좀더 알아보시고 진행하시는게 좋을듯합니다,
